On the standard Health cover you can choose from 3 different plans: * Day To Day cover Out of Hospital Health cover * Hospital Cover Private Hospital Plan * Combined Cover Best of both covers in to one Day to Day Cover main member from R759 per month Spouse/Adult from R689 per month Children R359 per month per child can cover up to 5 children on one plan. Hospital cover Main Member From R1 178 per month Spouse/Adult From R1 088 per month Children From R348 per month per child. Can cover up to 5 children on one plan Combined plan Main Member From R1 728 per month Spouse/Adult From R1 578 per month Children From R598 per month per child. Can cover up to 5 children on one plan benefits included in our covers: Day to Day * Unlimited managed doctor visits * Dentistry and Optometry * X-Rays and Blood tests * Specialist visits * Over the counter medication And much more benefits Hospital Cover * Illness * Dread Disease * Accident cover * Maternity Cover * Casualty Room Benefits And more.... Combined Plan A combination of all benefits available in both the Day to Day cover and Hospital cover. * Persons joining the Junior cover over the age of 18 will be placed as a adult on your cover !!!! Medical cover just for kids. 0 - 17 years. No adult needed on the plan as a main member. you can choose from 3 different plans on the cover: * Day To Day cover Out of Hospital Health cover * Hospital Cover Private Hospital Plan * Combined Cover Best of both covers in to one Day to Day Cover Main Member From R709 per month Additional Children From R359 per month per Child. You can cover 5 additional children on one plan Hospital Cover Main member From R1 078 per month Additional Children From R348 per month per child. You can cover up to 5 additional children on one plan Combined cover Main member From R1 628 per month Additional Children From R598 per month per child.
